All sales made through this website are considered final. Zion Designs LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue. We may also request photos of the damage and packaging in order to review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Zion Designs LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is selected before placing an order. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once they have been processed.
