As many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or resolution.
